Harvey is a dedicated member of UVG who has been part of UVG for a few months. He has taken part in group rehearsals, group and solo performances who has performed at London Victoria Station, The Grapes and Meridian After Dark.
Harvey says:
I have been a member of UVG for a few months and I have been involved in busking at London Victoria Station, Grapes competition, and the Meridian After Dark where I performed my own set as well as performed with UVG. My favourite moment with UVG for far was travelling to London to perform as a group in Victoria Station.
I am in my first year at Havant and South Downs college where I am studying English Literature, Classical Civilisation (A Levels) and Music Performance (BTEC). My plans for the future are to release music that anyone can listen to.
UVG has been excellent for confidence (normally I sing with a guitar but this is different and therefore a new skill), being able to sing with lots of different singers, and learning new skills such as harmonies etc. UVG is also excellent because the people putting in the effort to make it happen are extremely enthusiastic and this really helps artists to grow as performers.
