Kirk is 13 and was an original member of the Portsmouth group which started in September 2014. During this time he has performed at The Guildhall, the Wedgewood Rooms and the Square Tower in Portsmouth. He is a confident singer who from the very start has shown enthusiasm and commitment to the group.
Kirk Says…
“My favourite (Happy) moment at UVG was when I performed a solo in the Wedgewood Rooms as part of a cover of, you guessed it, Happy by Pharrel. This was my favourite moment because this really helped with my confidence in performing. I would really like to go into music, hopefully singing but I am also interested in the digital side of music. UVG is important to me because it has really helped me gain some self confidence in performing and I have also made lots of like-minded friends. UVG is different to other youth choirs as it uses more contemporary music, is completely free and has the best support from its staff and members. (not to mention, it keeps me up to date with the latest songs!)”
