Rosie

Rosie joined UVG Chichester in Feburary 2015 and has been an enthusiastic attender ever since. Initally quite shy to perform she worked hard to develop her confidence and this summer took part in a performance with all the UVG groups at the Portsmouth Guildhall.

Rosie says…

“My favourite moments at the UVG so far are making friends with everyone at UVG Chichester as I’ve learnt to trust them and have fun with them. The UVG is important to me because it’s starting to help improve my confidence and I hope it will one day improve my confidence in performing as I have the support of friends around me at UVG.

As well as my core subjects I am studying Latin, History, Leisure and Tourism and Triple Science at school. In the future I would like to be a teacher and help the next generation of people live their lives and help them become incredible people.

UVG is different to other youth choirs because it doesn’t feel like a choir because there is more of a community feel to it and I always look forward to going there every week as it’s like visiting your second family which is made of all your friends.”
